Medical and field preparations for expected unsettled weather
LIBYA – The Emergency Medicine and Support Centre has raised the readiness of its medical and field teams in anticipation of any emergency that may result from the expected unsettled weather, to ensure a rapid response and assistance for citizens.
Warnings about standing water and an emergency number
The centre urged citizens to take care, avoid wadi courses and places where water collects, and follow alerts issued by the competent authorities, adding that the toll-free number 1412 is dedicated to reporting emergencies and requesting help.
