Al-Bayoudi criticises the government’s handling of the teachers’ strike
LIBYA – Suleiman Al-Bayoudi, leader of the Libyan Renewal Party, has said the government’s way of handling the education strike “made matters worse,” in his words, and contributed to greater chaos and deeper division among teachers’ unions.
Doubts over social justice
In a Facebook post, Al-Bayoudi said the dream of achieving social justice has evaporated, though he added that teachers have the right to take a different position on developments.
