Libyan-Maltese judicial cooperation on extradition and asset recovery
LIBYA – The Attorney General, at a meeting held earlier with the Republic of Malta’s Minister for Home Affairs, discussed ways of developing cooperation between the competent authorities of the two countries in criminal matters, as well as procedures for the extradition of individuals and the recovery of assets.
Progress on extradition and recovery requests
The Attorney General’s media office said the meeting included an exchange of views on strengthening cooperation between the Attorney General’s Office and its Maltese counterpart, and a review of the progress made on procedures relating to extradition and recovery requests.
