The two teams meet between 9 and 17 November
LIBYA – Ghana’s under-23 head coach Desmond Ofei has expressed confidence that his players can overcome Libya in the second round of the 2027 U-23 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers, saying they are keen to prove their quality.
First leg in Libya, return leg in Ghana
A report published by the Ghanaian news site 3News — followed and summarised by Al-Marsad — said the two sides will meet in Libya for the first leg and in Ghana for the return leg between 9 and 17 November.
Ofei looks beyond November
Ofei said he hoped his side would produce two good performances and do everything in its power to beat Libya, before preparing to face whichever opponent awaits in March.
