LIBYA – National Security Adviser Lt Gen Abdelrazek Al-Nazouri received the head of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) delegation in Libya, Hugo van den Eertwegh, in his office at the National Security Council headquarters to discuss cooperation between the two sides.

The meeting covered mechanisms for cooperation on international humanitarian law, prisons and missing persons, and disaster response.
Benghazi sub-delegation and protection officials attend
The meeting was attended by Irénée Herbet, head of the ICRC sub-delegation in Benghazi; Mahmoud Kishi, head of the protection department; and a number of National Security Council advisers.
