Stable weather across most areas of the country
LIBYA – The National Meteorological Centre forecast relatively mild and stable autumn conditions across most areas of the country from today, Tuesday 6 October 2026, and over the next two days.
Limited cloud and a chance of light rain in the east
The centre said the sky would be clear to partly cloudy, with cloud building from time to time today over some north-eastern areas, especially the Gulf region and parts of the Green Mountain, as well as Kufra and areas to its south, with a limited chance of light rain.
Slight rise in temperatures in the west
It said daytime temperatures would rise slightly in western areas from today.
Stability continuing through the end of the week
The centre forecast little overall change in the weather through the end of the week.
