Strengthening investment partnership with Turkish companies
LIBYA – Mahmoud Al-Farjani, director-general of the National Development Agency, has discussed with Turkey’s Consul General in Benghazi, Hüseyin Hançer, ways to strengthen cooperation between Libya and Turkey and to expand the participation of Turkish companies in development and investment projects in the two countries’ mutual interest.
Drawing on Turkish expertise in development projects
The meeting underlined the importance of a stronger Turkish corporate presence in implementing Libyan projects and of drawing on these companies’ expertise and technical capabilities, opening wider prospects for economic partnership and delivering mutual benefits.
Role of the embassy and consulate in building partnerships
The two sides stressed the role of the Turkish embassy and consulate in facilitating communication and coordination with Turkish institutions and companies, and in supporting practical and sustainable partnerships that bring the two countries closer and turn friendly relations into tangible results.
