Batch 18 completes training and qualification programmes
Libya – Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar Military City held a graduation ceremony for 4,311 non-commissioned officers and soldiers from Batch 18 after they completed training and qualification programmes.
Armed forces commanders attend
The ceremony was attended by Lieutenant General Khairi Al-Tamimi, secretary-general of the General Command of the Armed Forces, along with a number of armed forces commanders.
