LIBYA – The Deputy Commander-in-Chief, Lt Gen Saddam Haftar, received in his office at General Command headquarters in Benghazi the director of the Arab Republic of Egypt’s Military Liaison Office, Air Force Staff Lt Gen Saqr Adam Al-Jarushi.
