Government delegation reviews southern needs on the ground
Libya – A ministerial delegation arrived in the city of Sabha, acting on instructions from Libyan government Prime Minister Osama Hammad and Deputy Commander-in-Chief Lt Gen Saddam Haftar, to assess service and security conditions on the ground and follow up the needs of southern cities and areas.
Meetings with officials of the relevant sectors
Members of the delegation, each according to their remit, held broad meetings with officials of the relevant sectors devoted to following up work progress, identifying the main needs and challenges, and discussing ways to remove obstacles and support development and infrastructure projects.
According to the government, the follow-up aims to help raise service levels and strengthen development and stability efforts across southern cities and areas.
