Meeting in Benghazi on developing intelligence capabilities
LIBYA – Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Lt Gen Saddam Haftar held a meeting with the director of the Military Intelligence Administration, Lt Gen Bahar Shuaib Al-Saber, at the General Command headquarters in Benghazi.
