Refining resumes after Valve 7 is reopened
Libya – The National Oil Corporation (NOC) announced on Sunday that it had restarted the first refining units at Zawiya Refinery after Valve No. 7 was reopened and crude pumping resumed via the main Sharara–Zawiya line into the Akakus yard tanks at the refinery.
Refined products return to supply lines
The corporation expected refined petroleum products to enter the refinery’s production line from Monday morning, reaching filling stations and operating centres at power plants in succession through the usual flow routes.
